Actor Jason Momoa (Game of Thrones) has made appearances at the Comic Con Experience in Brazil this past weekend and while Momoa has been largely silent about his role in the DC Cinematic Universe, now that it has been confirmed that he will portray Arthur Curry aka Aquaman, he’s a little more forthcoming.

According to a majority of internet accounts, Momoa confirmed that he has a four film contract with Warner Bros. to appear as Aquaman. While exactly which outside of the title film he will appear in, I’d probably guess that most likely they would be:

Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice
Justice League Part I
Justice League Part II

It has also been revealed that director Zack Snyder is Momoa’s personal choice for who he wants to direct the Aquaman solo movie. A huge fan of Snyder, Momoa also mentioned that if he hadn’t been cast as Aquaman, he would have liked to have starred as Lobo, another popular DC Comics character.

The Aquaman solo movie is scheduled to be released on July 27, 2018.
